Payment Options
Real View currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as checks for all training seminars and maintenance packages. Payments paid by credit card can be made by calling our customer support team at 617-868-5151. Please remit checks to the following address:

Note: Make checks payable to Real View. Please write the seminar date and location on the memo line of your check.
An email confirmation of the transaction will be sent out once a purchase for a Training Seminar and/or Maintenance Plan has been completed. Please allow a minimum of twenty (20) days, if paid by check, for order processing.
Cancellation Policy
Attendee Cancellation
1. If cancelled more than thirty (30) days before the training seminar date, a full refund for the training class will be paid, less a 10% processing fee.
2. If cancelled less than thirty(30) days before the training seminar date, a charge of $100 will be assessed and the remaining balance of the training seminar cost will be credited to your account.
Email all cancellation requests to support@prokitchensoftware.com. Please include your name, date and location of the seminar, confirmation number and the reason for the cancellation with the request. Real View will email back a cancellation confirmation with a copy of the refund or credit. If paid by check please allow thirty (30) days for your refund or credit.
Real View Cancellation
1. If a training seminar is cancelled, a notification will be sent via email or by phone at least twenty (20) days before the scheduled seminar.
2. If Real View cancels a training seminar, a full refund or a credit will be given towards a future training seminar.. Real View will email back a confirmation with a copy of the refund or credit. If paid by check please allow thirty (30) days for your refund or credit.
We reserve the right to cancel a training seminars due to lack of registrations. Please check the schedule for any changes or additions. Please do not book any travel until you have received a confirmation that the scheduled training seminar is going to be held. Real View cannot be responsible for any travel related expenses if a training seminar is cancelled or postponed.
