The ProKitchen training seminars will cover all aspects of the program. The ProKitchen seminars are designed as fast paced program for those who have intermediate to advanced computer skills, kitchen design experience and general product knowledge.

Content:

The following is a general overview of what is included in each one-day ProKitchen seminar.

Day One:

Basic Training Seminar:

Brief General Overview:

• - Orientation to the design program
• - Using menus, icons and help tools
• - How ProKitchen is organized

Set-Up For A Specific Design:

• - Creating a new design and design settings
• - Setting defaults and global attributes
• - File storage strategies

Design Details:

• - Creating walls and placement zones
• - Placement of doors, openings and windows
• - Placement of cabinets and accessories
• - Placement of appliances and plumbing fixtures
• - Placement of decorative items and accessories

Creating Views:

• - Elevations, Isometric views and 3D
• - Selecting door styles, species and finishes
• - Print preview and printing of views

Creating Reports:

• - Creating manufacturers reports
• - Creating customer reports
• - Multi-Quotes (quoting multiple door styles on the same quote)
• - Emailing designs, views and reports
• - Combined Reports

Day Two:

Advanced Training Seminar:

Using and Creating User-Shapes:

• - User-shape basics
• - Creating soffits, posts and beams
• - Changing the user-shape colors and textures
• - Creating countertops and other shapes
• - Advanced use-shapes, including glass and curved walls

Creating Solutions:

• - Creating a group for a solution
• - Creating, saving and filing a solution
• - Placing a solution in another design

Lighting in 3D Views:

• - Placing lighting into a design
• - How to use light sources
• - Adjusting lighting settings including default lighting
• - Changing colors of light sources
• - How light can change the look of the 3D design

ProKitchen Showroom:

• - Creating a ProKitchen Showroom file
• - How to send ProKitchen Showroom to a customer
• - Opening the design in ProKitchen Showroom
• - Navigating ProKitchen Showroom
• - The many benefits of ProKitchen Showroom

Creating Reports:

• - Creating manufacturers reports
• - Creating customer reports
• - Multi-Quotes (quoting multiple door styles on the same quote)
• - Emailing designs, views and reports
• - Combined Reports
