It is such a breath of fresh air to have a great program when "drawing."I started in the business really "drafting" each and every job. I have progressed with the software from the very beginning.
I now really enjoy working with my design software. The class Tuesday was terrific as was the basic class that Cinde taught the other week. Last spring I decided to take on ProKitchen software. So, along with ProKitchen software came Ms. Cinde Perkins, trainer par excellence. Cinde was always available to answer questions, hop on my computer to get me out of a jam, or whatever I need. This fabulous service went on for a few weeks until I could fly on my own. And fly I did. ProKitchens is really a wonderful software. I have been able to show a client what her kitchen and dining room would look like with the ceiling blown out like the adjoining livingroom, in 3-Dimension! Fabulous! Another client wanted to see what it would look like to take a wall between the kitchen and diningroom and diningroom and entry way. Voila! ProKitchens does a great job. The pricing part of ProKitchens I used yesterday for the first time, and it is so easy and accurate it is scary. In this time of very strict budgeting on the part of clients, it is really important to be able to give accurate pricing fast. And, if you’re trying to stay within a budget, you can check as you add cabinets to see what the grand total is.

I think you have fixed many of the things that have frustrated me with my old program and that is very nice. The fact that you have tutorials and webinars is really helpful. I have enjoyed working with the support team, they seem to be helpful and quick to respond. And, I can’t believe it when Linda says that the team is taking suggestions for future updates. THAT IS SOMETHING THAT I HAVE NEVER HEARD BEFORE! Never before in using the software that I have in the past years has anyone been responsive. I never had the feeling that a problem would ever be fixed, even though I kept asking. Anyway, I just wanted to let you people know that I am having fun with my design work again, and I will send in requests for things that I think would be a good addition to your software package.

I installed the ProKitchen upgrade and what a difference it made. I especially liked the zoom in and out feature and the quicker graphics rendering. My customers are amazed when I show them what their kitchen will look like in "real-time". I can honestly say that eversince I installed ProKitchen, my sales increased by 25% because of your graphics. Customers get to see a wonderful representation of what their cabinets will look like and are so impressed that your program sells the job for me. Linda, just wanted to show you what I was able to do with ProKitchen in the first days of use! I am extremely happy with the product and so are the clients in this particular kitchen. I had shown them the 3D views from the other company and the client was not very pleased, but when I showed them their new kitchen in Prokitchen they were so excited they pulled out their check book and gave me a deposit, it really helped close the sale. ProKitchen is a true, user friendly, awesome kitchen design program. From the multiple bathroom options available, to the lighting and decorative items, to the refining option this application is totally cool. I've used other kitchen design software in the past but with ProKitchen I can really get into my design, due to ease of use of the ProKitchen software. With the latest functionality, it opens up even more possibilities for me by being able to show my customer a reality view of what will be the most important room in the house. The 3D feature is the biggest "wow" feature I get from my customers. You can finish customizing the room from paint to wall covering, floor covering with a click of a button. It couldn't be any easier.
I'd also like to compliment the ProKitchen staff for taking the time to listen to comments and suggestions made by it's end users, and incorporate them into each release giving the end user the tools we need to be able to capture and sell the customer in a very competitive cabinetrymarket.

I'm enjoying learning the new features of Version 4.0.
- Exporting data from reports was one of the first things I asked for when I started using ProKitchen over a year ago.
- Drag and dropping objects to move them is way easier now.
- Move and rotate for nomenclature makes my designs look better and my installers have an easier job reading the plans now.
- At first I thought that putting my own photos in a window was kind of needless, then I put a picture of me leering in a customer's window. Pretty funny.
